Refund Policy

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We are sure that you would like all our desserts. However, in case you are not satisfied with your Bakeburry dessert, email us at support@bakeburry.com. We will accept the return and refund the bill amount of the order but the delivery charges of Rs. 99 will be levied.

For non-customized product orders, cancellations will only be accepted until the order is out for delivery. 
For customized product orders, cancellation will only be accepted up to a day prior from the delivery day. 
The amount will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used. The refund will be processed in two business days.

The refund method will vary as per the case and will be processed either through applying refund to your original mode of payment or by issuing coupon/gift card of equivalent amount. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit/debit card/wallet company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bakeburry.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
